摘要 高压隔离开关是电力系统中重要的电气设备之一,数量众多,操作故障率高,安装调试及维护工作量大。笔者在调研分析传统型高压隔离开关设计制造、安装调试及运行维护的基础上,对其机械传动系统和电气控制系统进行了集成优化,研制出了一种新型220 kV高压隔离开关。新型隔离开关仅配一个新型操作机构箱,即可完成主刀及接地刀的分合闸操作,电气闭锁和机械闭锁简单可靠,安装调试和维护检修工作量大为减少,全寿命周期成本显著降低。该成果适应于其他电压等级隔离开关,具有较好的工程推广应用价值。笔者立足于工程应用需求,分析了传统型隔离开关存在的主要问题,介绍了新型操作机构箱的机械传动和电气控制保护方案,阐述了新型高压隔离开关的技术优势和经济效益,并对其应用前景进行了预测。 Based on the survey of the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the conventional high voltage disconnector, a new-type 220 kV high voltage disconnector was developed by inte- grating and optimizing the mechanic transmission system and electric control system.This new-type disconnector is equipped with only one operating mechanism box to perform opening and closing actions of the main and earthing switches.It is simple and reliable in electric and mechanical locking,and it can significantly reduces the working loads of its installation and maintenance as well as the life cycle cost.This development process is applicable to the disconnectors with other voltage levels.Furthermore, according to the requirements for engineering application ,the main problems of the conventional disconnector are analyzed, the mechanical transmission as well as the electrical control and protection of the new operating mechanism box is introduced, the technical advantages and economic benefits of the new-type high voltage disconnector are described, and its application prospect is forecast.
