摘要
由于制造工艺、维护管理、环境等因素的影响,户外高压隔离开关在运行中存在着诸如驱动电机转动不停、分合闸不到位或阻力大、分合闸时三相不同步、拒合或拒分、主回路接触电阻超标、绝缘子表面闪络等共性问题。这些问题处理不好,将直接影响设备的安全运行,威胁电力系统的安全生产。笔者对高压隔离开关工作原理等一些常识性知识不单独进行介绍,而是直接针对高压隔离开关的上述常见故障进行分析,结合现场处理问题的经验,重点阐述具体的处理方案,并提出预防故障发生的措施。
Because of the manufacturing process,maintenance and management,environmental and other factors,outdoor high voltage disconnectors have the following common failures in operation: nonstop rotation of the driven motor;non-correct position of closing and opening or high resistance force;three poles non-synchronism;refuse to close or open;higher contact resistance in main circuit;and surface flashover on insulator.In this paper,the above failures are analyzed;the treatment methods are expounded based on the onsite experience;and some preventive measures are suggested.
