大型风力机基础法兰高强度螺栓断裂失效分析 被引量:16

摘要 某大型风力发电机基础法兰螺栓发生断裂现象致使风电机组发生倒塌事故,为探明基础法兰螺栓断裂性质及断裂失效原因,基于两种不同的工作特性,对法兰螺栓受力状态进行解析计算和数值分析,探讨螺栓断口宏观形貌,分析基础法兰的受力状况,真实再现基础法兰外翻现象,并结合多项检测项目,评估基础环的技术性能指标,以期对基础环回收再利用。结果表明:预紧力失效或外载荷过载使法兰结合面相互剥离,螺栓发生断裂失效导致风电机组倒塌;现场螺栓断口宏观形貌与静载实验同材质试样断口形貌一致,说明螺栓断裂性质为过载断裂;由于在基础环脖颈处发生屈服变形,导致基础法兰发生外翻现象以及螺栓出现断裂。 The high-strength flange-bolts used in wind turbine foundation were ruptured, which caused the wind turbine collapse. In order to obtain the fracture mechanism and reasons, analytical method and numerical calculation were used for the loading states of flange-bohs based on two different working characteristics. The loading states and the eversion phenomenon of foundation flange were analyzed under the condition that the macro-fractograph of flange-bolts had been discussed in the paper. For recycling and reuse of foundation loop of wind turbine, the technical properties of foundation loop were evaluated by using detection projects. When the preload of flange-bolts has vanished or the external force was overloaded, the reason of wind turbine collapse was that the joint surface of flanges appeared separation phenomenon. The macro-fractograph of the bolts at the scene of collapse kept the same with the macro-fractograph of experiment of static tensile testing, and which indicated fracture mechanism was overloading fracture. The eversion phenomenon of flange and the fracture of bolts were occurred due to that yield deformation existed at the neck position of wind turbine foundation loop.
