摘要
某型低压压气机试验件在进行试验时发生故障,转子连接螺栓发生断裂。螺栓冶金分析的结果表明16个连接螺栓的断裂位置全部都在螺母贴合面附近,断口有两类:10个螺栓拉断,6个螺栓拉弯断裂,全部为过载断裂,螺栓硬度偏设计值下限。后续对该螺栓的强度进行了分析,对不同强制位移下螺栓承受的轴向力进行了分析,并对9个螺栓断裂后剩余螺栓的轴向载荷、位移变化情况进行了分析。得到的结果能很好地验证试验件螺栓断裂的失效形式。
A certain type of low pressure compressor test rig fails during the test,and the rotor connection bolt breaks.The result of metallurgical analysis of bolts shows that the fracture positions of 16 connecting bolts are all near the joint surface of nuts,and there are two kinds of fracture surfaces:ten bolts were stretched and broken,Six bolts are tension and bending fracture,all of them are overload fractures,and The bolt hardness value is at the lower limit of the design value.The strength of the bolt is analyzed,the axial force of the bolt under different forced displacement is analyzed,the axial load and displacement changes of the remaining bolts after the fracture of 9 bolts are analyzed.The results obtained can well verify the failure form of bolt fracture in the test rig.
