摘要
随着我国油气田的开采难度逐步加大,压裂酸化设备向着高压、大排量、大功率方向发展,但车载压裂设备超宽超长受到道路行驶通过性的限制,压裂泵齿轮箱必须实现小外形高功率密度设计。运用先进的设计理念和抗疲劳制造技术,从高功率密度设计和高功率密度制造两个方面阐述提高压裂泵齿轮箱功率密度的方法。
With the increasing difficulty of oil and gas field exploitation in China,fracturing and acidizing equipment is developing towards high pressure,large displacement and high power.However,the excessive width and length of the fracturing equipment on vehicle is limited by the passability of road.The gear box of fracturing pump must be designed with small shape and high power density.Based on the advanced design concepts and anti-fatigue manufacturing technology,the method of improving the power density of fracturing pump gear box is described from the two aspects of high power density design and high power density manufacturing.
