摘要
设计人员采用很多方法去克服行星齿轮箱中负载不均情况的发生:如柔性齿圈、浮动太阳轮、浮动行星架等。相对悬臂柔性行星轮系的设计,在平衡刚度和柔性的基础上能更好地实现载荷的分配均匀,具有较小的应力和最佳齿轮接触模式。
The designers use many different ways to prevent the load in the planetary gearbox from being uneven. This gearbox consists of flexible gear ring, floating sun wheel, floating planet carrier. This paper designs the cantilever flexible planet gears system which is able to balance the load on rigid and flexible base and reduce the stress and contact of gears.
