摘要
在现代齿轮制造过程中,硬齿面渗碳淬火已成为主导工艺。经过多年来的基础技术研究和先进技术的引进,特别是近年来的技术改造和设备更新,我国的齿轮渗碳热处理技术已经上了一个新的台阶。随着齿轮设计参数的不断提高,对热处理质量提出了更高的要求。本文从齿轮强度及热处理冶金因素的角度对目前的渗碳工艺进行了分析,并提出了提高和发展我国齿轮渗碳淬火技术的途径。
Carburizing and hardening process has become a main heat treatment technology in modern gear manufacturing. This technology has got visual progress in China through independent basic technical research and advanced technique introduction, especially technology innovation and equipment renewal in the resent years. However, as the gear design parameters are increasing, which requires higher heat treatment quality, and as the heat treatment technique is developing,various problems in gear heat treatment processes appear in the present production. The present gear carburizing technology was analyzed from the point of strength of gear and physical-metallurgical factors of heat treatment, some suggestions to increase and develop the carburizing and hardening technique of gears in China were proposed.
