Failure Analysis of Motorcycle Gear and Its Process Improvement

摘要 通过对断裂齿轮进行化学分析、硬度检验、宏观和微观金相检验,发现折断原因主要与齿轮渗碳热处理工艺操作不当有关,并提出了相应的改进措施。 The breaking gear was analyzed by chemical analysis, hardness testing, macroscopic and microstructure examination. The result shows that the main reason for breaking is the improper operation of carburizing heat treatment. The improvement measures are put forward.
