摘要
目的:探讨站桩功对冰雪运动员腰膝关节慢性劳损的康复效果和价值。方法:在哈尔滨体育学院中选取腰膝关节慢性劳损的冰雪运动员99名,随机分为站桩组、气功组和对照组,站桩组和气功组分别进行站桩功和健身气功·易筋经干预,每周干预时间不少于5次,每次干预时间60min,持续干预12周。在干预前、干预6周末、干预12周末、随访6周末,采用简化McGill疼痛评分表(简化MPQ)、Oswedtry功能障碍指数(ODI)和膝关节功能评分表(HSS)分别评估慢性腰、膝劳损的冰雪运动员疼痛感和关节功能状况。结果:(1)干预6周末,站桩组简化MPQ、HSS与对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);气功组ODI显著低于站桩组(P<0.05),显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)干预12周末,站桩组简化MPQ、HSS、ODI与对照组相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),与气功组相比,其中简化MPQ具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),HSS、ODI差异具有显著性(P<0.05);气功组HSS、ODI与对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。(3)随访6周末,站桩组简化MPQ、HSS和ODI与对照组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中,简化MPQ和ODI与气功组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);气功组HSS显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:12周的站桩、易筋经锻炼均能够缓解冰雪运动员慢性腰、膝劳损导致的疼痛反应,改善关节活动能力。其中,易筋经的优势是能在较短时间内(6周)改善腰、膝关节功能状态,但站桩功锻炼引起的总体良性效果更显著,持续时间更久。
Objective:aim to investigate the rehabilitation effect and value of station pile work on chronic lumbar and knee strain of ice and snow athletes.Methods:the games are 99 ice and snow athletes in Harbin institute of physical education with waist and knee joint chronic strain are selected,and randomly divided into standing pile group,qigong group and the control group.The standing pile groups exercise standing pile and the qigong group exercise Yi jin jing.The intervention time is not less than five times a week.One intervention lasts 60 minutes.The total interventions are 12 weeks.Before the intervention,at the end of 6 weeks,at the end of 12 weeks,and at the end of 6 weeks of follow-up,simplify McGill Pain Scale(simplified MPQ),Oswedtry Dysfunction Index(ODI)and knee joint function scale(HSS)are used to evaluate the pain perception and joint function of snow and ice athletes with chronic lumbar and knee strain,respectively.Results:After 6 weeks of intervention,simplified MPQ and HSS show a significant difference between the pile group and the control group(P<0.01).The ODI of qigong group is significantly lower than that of the station pile group(P<0.05),and significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).At the end of the 12th week of intervention,the difference of simplified MPQ,HSS and ODI in the station pile group is very significant compared with the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the Qigong group,the difference of simplified MPQ,HSS and ODI is very significant(P<0.01).HSS and ODI of qigong group are significantly different from those of control group(P<0.01).At the end of 6 weeks of follow-up,there are significant differences in simplified MPQ,HSS and ODI between the station pile group and the control group(P<0.01),among which,there are significant differences in simplified MPQ and ODI between the station pile group and qigong group(P<0.05).HSS in qigong group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:12 weeks of standing pile and Yijinjing training can allevi
