体外冲击波对关节镜术后关节疼痛患者疼痛及hs-CRP、ESR的影响

The effect of extracorporeal shock wave on pain,hs-CRP,and ESR in patients with joint pain after arthroscopic surgery

摘要 目的分析体外冲击波对关节镜术后关节疼痛患者疼痛及hs-CRP、ESR的影响.方法选择2022年3月-2023年10月期间在上海市嘉定区安亭医院进行关节镜手术后出现关节疼痛的80例患者作为研究对象,按抽签法分为对照组、观察组,每组40例.对照组实施电针针灸治疗,观察组实施体外冲击波治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后康复效果、疼痛程度以及hs-CRP、ESR水平.结果治疗15d后、30d后、45d后以及60d后,观察组WOMAC评分、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗30d后以及治疗60d后,观察组患者hs-CRP、ESR水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论体外冲击波疗法在减轻关节镜手术患者术后的关节疼痛方面表现出显著的治疗效果,能够显著降低患者血液中的hs-CRP和ESR水平,具有在临床实践中进一步推广的价值. Objective To analyze the effects of extracorporeal shock waves on pain,hs CRP,and ESR in patients with joint pain after arthroscopic surgery.Methods Eighty patients who experienced joint pain after arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture and acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave.The rehabilitation effect,pain degree,and hs-CRP,ESR levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 15 days,30 days,45 days,and 60 days of treatment,the WOMAC and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after 30 days of treatment and 60 days of treatment,the hs-CRP and ESR levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave therapy has shown significant therapeutic effects in reducing postoperative joint pain in patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery,and can significantly reduce the levels of hs-CRP and ESR in the patient's blood.It has further promote its value in clinical practice.
