摘要
近年来卓越幼儿教师培养引起人们的重视。在培养卓越幼儿教师时,幼儿教师的教学实践能力尤为重要。通过调查海南热带海洋学院学前教育专业已实施的三年冬季小学期,探索冬季小学期对卓越幼儿教师教学实践能力培养的成效、存在的不足,提出相关建议。
In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of excellent preschool teachers.In the training of excellent kindergarten teachers,the cultivation of kindergarten teachers’ teaching practice ability is the key point.By investigating the three-year winter short-term training of preschool education in Hainan Tropical Ocean University,this paper explores the effect of winter short-term training on the cultivation of teaching practice ability of excellent kindergarten teachers,as well as the existing shortcomings and relevant suggestions.
