摘要
产出导向教育(OBE)是一种关注和界定每一位学生所达成的最终学习成果的教育,同时也是一种依据学生预期达成的最终学习成果反向设计课程体系的教育模式。基于产出导向教育理念,该文对作者所在院校学前教育专业和幼儿园、学前教育机构深度合作进行了分析研究,充分利用双方教育资源,改革专业人才培养模式,取得了一定成效。
Outcome-based education(OBE)is an education that focuses on and defines the final learning results achieved by each student,and it is also an educational model to design the curriculum system in reverse according to the final learning results expected by the students.Based on the concept of outcome-based education,this article analyzes the in-depth cooperation between the preschool education major of the author's college and the kindergarten and preschool education institutions,makes full use of the educational resources of both parties,reforms the model of professional personnel training,and certain results have been achieved.
