摘要
课程是实现人才培养目标的重要载体,是支撑专业创新发展的决定要素,课程建设是推动高等教育教学质量持续提升的关键。以社会工作专业核心课程人类行为与社会环境为例,将OBE理念融入课程体系,确立成果导向的课程教学目标,探索以学生为中心的课程教学策略,开展多元过程性评价与学习反馈,在此基础上对教学策略进行改进。在“评价—反馈—整改—评价”的循环中持续提升教学质量,为社会工作专业的课程教学改革与创新提供借鉴和参考。
Curriculum is an important carrier for achieving talent cultivation goals,a decisive factor for supporting professional innovation and development,curriculum construction is the key to promoting the continuous improvement of teaching quality in higher education.Taking the core course of human behavior and the social environment as an example,this article integrates the OBE concept into the curriculum system,establishes results oriented curriculum teaching objectives,explores student centered curriculum teaching strategies,conducts multiple process evaluation and learning feedback,and on this basis,improve teaching strategies.Continuously improve teaching quality in the cycle of“evaluation-feedback-rectification-evaluation”,providing reference and reference for curriculum reform and innovation of social work majors.
