摘要
OBE理念拓展了应用型本科高校酒店管理专业实践教学模式改革的思路,并为其提供了科学依据。该文以OBE理念为指导,分析当前应用型本科高校酒店管理专业实践教学模式存在的问题,提出改革的对策,以提高应用型本科高校酒店管理专业实践教学的质量,提升学生的实践应用能力。
OBE concept expands the thinking of practical teaching mode reform of hotel management major in applied undergraduate colleges,and provides scientific basis.Under the guidance of OBE concept,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current practical teaching mode of hotel management major in applied undergraduate colleges,and puts forward countermeasures for the reform.So as to improve the practical teaching quality of hotel management major in applied undergraduate colleges,and improve the practical application ability of students.
