摘要
部分填充式钢混组合结构具有良好的受力性能及抗震性能,在建筑工业化、装配化的发展趋势下,必将会得到广泛应用。本文基于国内外已有相关文献,从试验研究和理论研究的角度,对组成部分填充式钢混组合结构体系的构件、节点及框架结构受力性能的研究成果和相关设计规范条文进行了全面的梳理、归纳和总结,发现在部分填充式钢混组合结构中,关于部分填充式钢混组合构件的研究相对成熟,而对于部分填充式钢混组合节点及其框架结构在连接构造设计、抗震性能试验及理论研究等方面存在不足。基于此,结合时代背景及我国建筑工业化的发展趋势,提出一种适合装配的部分填充式钢混组合节点,这对提高我国装配式组合结构设计水平和推广装配式组合结构的工程应用,具有重要的参考价值。
Partially encased steel-concrete composite structure(PECS)has good mechanical properties and seismic performance,which will be widely used in the development trend of building industrialization and assembly.Based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively combs and summarizes the research results and related design specifications of the components,joints and frame structures of the PECS system from the perspective of experimental and theoretical research.It is found that the research on components is relatively mature in PECS.However,there are some deficiencies in connection structure design,seismic performance test and theoretical research of partially encased steel-concrete composite joints and their frame structures.Based on this,combined with the background and the development trend of China's building industrialization,a new type of partially encased steel-concrete composite joint suitable for assembly are proposed.It is of great reference value for improving the design level and popularizing the engineering application of prefabricated composite structure in China.
