摘要
部分包覆钢混凝土组合构件(简称PEC构件)是指开口截面主钢件外周轮廓间包覆混凝土,且混凝土与主钢件共同受力的结构构件。由于腹板内混凝土的存在,PEC构件限制了钢材屈曲,从而提高了承载力及抗震能力;相较于型钢混凝土结构,减少混凝土用量可以减轻构件自重,节约用料及成本。文中以某装配式建筑为例,分析了PEC结构施工技术及焊接工艺,总结细节处理确保与后浇混凝土的黏结,控制安装误差,以期为类似工程提供参考。
Partially Encapsulated Composite(PEC)steel and concrete members(PEC)refer to structural components that are partially encased with concrete between the outer contours of the main steel member with an open section,and are subjected to joint forces with the main steel member.Due to the presence of concrete in the web of PEC components,the buckling of steel is limited,thereby improving the bearing capacity and seismic resistance;Compared to steel reinforced concrete structures,reducing the amount of concrete used reduces the weight of the components,saving materials and costs.Taking a prefabricated building as an example,this article analyzes the construction technology and welding process of PEC structure,summarizes the details to ensure bonding with the post poured concrete,controls installation errors,and provides reference for similar projects.
