摘要
进行了1个主钢件为十字形截面的部分包覆蜂窝钢-混凝土组合异形柱(简称十字形PECCS异形柱)的静力轴压加载试验研究,研究其在轴压力作用下的破坏模式和轴压性能。研究结果表明:试件的破坏模式为整体失稳破坏;构件在整个试验过程中经历了线弹性、弹塑性、下降(破坏)三个工作阶段;试件的轴向承载力比按《部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构技术规程》计算所得的截面承载力低,但高于按照《组合结构设计规范》考虑稳定系数后计算所得到的截面承载力,证明了试验时构件发生整体失稳破坏。
A static axial loading test of a partially-encased composite columns with cross-shaped castellated steel and concrete(referred to as cruciform PECCS shaped column)was carried out to investigate its damage mode and axial compressive performance under axial pressure.The results show that:the damage mode of the specimen is overall instability damage;the member undergoes three phases of operation:linear elasticity,elastic-plastic,and descent(damage)throughout the test.;the axial bearing capacity of the specimen is lower than that of the cross-section calculated according to the"Technical specification for partially encased composite structures of steel and concrete",but higher than that of the specimen calculated according to the"Code for design of composite structures"by taking the stability coefficient into account.This proves that the overall instability failure of the member occurred during the test.
