摘要
为了增加结构的净空高度和降低工程造价,提出一种具有装配便捷、成本低、节点质量便于检查等特性的叠合次梁与PEC主梁相连的栓焊节点。设计制作2个足尺叠合次梁-PEC主梁边跨节点和2个足尺中跨节点并进行单调静力加载试验,对其破坏模式、挠度、承载力及变形能力进行分析,研究两种不同相对长度(1.8H、2.3H,H为次梁截面高度)的预埋钢连接件对节点受力性能的影响。采用ABAQUS建立有限元模型,以预埋钢连接件的翼缘厚度(6~16 mm)、相对长度(1.25H~5H)及加劲肋厚度(0~16 mm)为参数开展分析。试验及有限元分析结果表明:叠合次梁先于节点破坏,满足“强节点、弱构件”的设计要求;预埋钢连接件的相对长度由1.8H增加至2.3H,节点的受弯承载力平均提高15%;节点的位移延性系数均超过2.0,变形能力良好;增加预埋钢连接件的翼缘厚度和加劲肋厚度,节点的变形能力和刚度提升显著;增加预埋钢连接件的相对长度对提高节点的峰值荷载的影响差别不大,但节点刚度的提升更为明显,其相对长度为1.25H时,节点会发生脆性破坏,设计时应避免其相对长度过短。
To increase the height of structure and reduce construction cost,a bolt-welded joint connecting superimposed secondary beams to PEC main girder was proposed,characterized by easy assembly,low cost and convenient verification of joint quality.In this study,two full-scale side-span and two mid-span joint specimens were designed and fabricated.These specimens were subjected to monotonic static loading tests to analyze damage modes,deflections,load-carrying capacity,deformation capacity,and the effects of two different relative lengths(1.8H,2.3H,H is the sectional height of secondary beam)of pre-embedded steel connectors on the stress performance of joint.A finite element model was developed using ABAQUS,and the analysis was performed with the parameters such as flange thickness(6-16 mm),relative length(1.25H-5H)and stiffening rib thickness(0-16 mm).The experiment and finite element analysis results show that the superimposed secondary beam is damaged before connection,satisfying the design requirement of‘strong connection,weak beam’.The bending capacity of the connection specimen increases by an average of 15%with relative length increased from 1.8H to 2.3H.The displacement ductility cofficient of the connection member exceeds 2.0,demonstrating good deformnation capacity.And increasing the flange thickness and stiffening rib thickness significantly enhances the deformation capacity and stiffness of connector.The relative length of the pre-embedded steel connectors has a negligible effect on the peak load of the joint,but the increase in joint stiffness is more pronounced.The brittle damage of joint will occur when the relative length is 1.25H,and its short relative length should be avoided in the design.
