摘要
根据院校校机械制造与自动化专业人才培养的现状,结合本地企业生产实际及对技术技能人才的需求分析,提出机制专业复合型技能人才的具体培养要求,探讨服务地方经济为目的的机制专业1+X人才培养方案的制定与实施,实践证明1+X技能证书要求下的复合型技术技能人才的培养,能够提升学生的综合素质,更好地适应企业的生产转型与发展。
Based on the current situation of personnel training of the mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty in our university,and combined with the production practice of local enterprises and the analysis of the demands for technical skilled talents,the specific training requirements for compound technical talents are put forward in this paper,and then formulation and implementation of the 1+X personnel training program in Mechanism Major for the purpose of serving the local economy are discussed.The practice proves that cultivation of the complex technical talents under the requirement of 1+X skill certificate can enhance students'comprehensive quality and better adapt to the production transformation and development of enterprises.
