摘要
以渤海船舶职业学院游艇设计与制造专业为例,深入分析1+X证书制度的目的和意义,找准人才培养模式改革的方向。深入调查走访,明确游艇设计及制造专业的人才培养目标,找准适合本专业的“X”证书。围绕“X”证书制度,设置不同的专业方向,给学生提供更多的就业选择。针对本专业现有的问题进行全面分析诊断,从课程体系重构、专业教材编写、考核及教学评价方式改革、实训实习场所建设、校企合作等方面进行探索与实践,努力构建“1”和“X”深度融合的全新人才培养模式。
Taking the yacht design and manufacturing specialty of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as an example,it deeply analyzes the purpose and significance of 1+X certificate system,and spots the direction of the talent training mode reform.Through deep investigation and visit,it defines the talent training objective of yacht design and manufacturing specialty,and finds suitable"X"certificates for the speciality.It sets different professional directions and provides students with more employment options in view of"X"certificates.It conducts comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of the existing problems,explores and practices in the aspects of curriculum system reconstruction,professional textbook compilation,assessment and teaching evaluation method reform,practical training and practice site construction,and school-enterprise cooperation,and strives to build the new talent training mode deeply integrating"1"and"X".
