摘要
分析研究了目前市场上母线槽插座结构装置存在的问题,以及影响插座装置性能的主要因素,主要从减小接触电阻,增大插入点之间的安全距离,插件的互换性、插接单元推进、定位、固定等方面综合考虑,对插座装置的各零部件进行合理的优化设计,制造了具有弹性压力,实现了线性接触,能独立安装相线插件的母线槽插座结构装置,解决了插座装置在使用过程中因发热、松动、短路而引发的安全事故,使插座结构装置更加经济、安全、可靠。
In this paper,the problems existing in the current busbar socket structure device on the market are analyzed and studied,as well as the main factors that affect the performance of the socket device.Mainly from aspects of reducing the contact resistance,increasing the safety distance between insertion points,the interchangeability of plug-ins,the advancement,positioning,fixing of the plug unit,etc.,the reasonabe optimal design for each component of the socket device is carried out;a busbar socket structure device with elastic pressure,linear contact,and independent installation of phase line inserts is manufactured so as to solve the safety accidents caused by heat,looseness,and short circuit during the use of the socket device,and make the socket structure device more economic,safe,and reliable.
