摘要
以某大厦发生母线槽击穿漏电事故为例,对母线槽击穿漏电原因进行分析。通过现场勘查,并对母线槽进行绝缘电阻测量,淋水试验,以及对母线槽进行拆解、分析,查找击穿漏电原因。结果表明,母线槽接口密封性能不足,IP防护等级过低导致液态水进入母线槽是导致击穿事故的直接原因。为母线槽的制造与安装提出几点建议。
Taking the busbar breakdown and leakage accident of a building as an example,the reasons of busbar breakdown and leakage were analyzed. Through on-site investigation, insulation resistance measurement, water sprinkler test and bus channel demolition, analysis,found out the cause of breakdown leakage. The results show that the sealing performance of bus-slot interface is inadequate, and the direct cause of breakdown accident is that liquid water enters bus-slot due to low IP protection level. Some suggestions for the manufacture and installation of bus bar are also put forward.
