摘要
封闭母线接头的发热温升和散热问题是影响其工作稳定性的重要因素。在构建封闭母线接头简化结构模型的基础上,结合热量传递的三种基本方式——导热、对流及辐射建立封闭母线接头温度场数学模型;利用有限容积法对封闭母线接头温度场数学模型进行离散化处理并建立离散化方程;通过三对角阵算法迭代求解出封闭母线接头处内外温度分布。通过实验验证所建立模型的正确性,并基于该模型提出一种针对接头处小电流高温度的温度保护方法。
As power transmission equipment,the enclosed busbar connector has the problems of heating up and the heat yield that affect its service performance.Considering three basic modes of heat transfer as heat conduction,convection and radiation,based on simplified structure model of enclosed busbar connector,the mathematical model of temperature field busbar connector is established;the finite volume method on the temperature field of busbar connector is used to establish the discrete equations;Tridiagonal matrix method is used to solve the temperature distribution inside and outside the enclosed busbar connector.The experiment validates the correctness of the model.Based on the model,thermal protection methods about the small current and high temperature of joints are given.
