摘要
工程施工组织是正式施工前对整个工程从进度、质量、安全、成本、资源配置等方面进行统筹计划,一个科学合理的施工组织决定了工程目标能否实现。结合具体工程实例从以上几个方面来分析地质灾害治理排洪导槽工程如何选择集中搅拌站设立位置、混凝土输送方案、模板材料,为类似工程施工组织提供借鉴。
Project construction organization is to plan the whole project from progress,quality,safety,cost,resource allocation and other aspects before construction.A scientific and reasonable construction organization determines whether the project objectives can be achieved.Mainly analyzes the setting point of the central mixing station,the selection of the concrete transportation scheme and the selection of the formwork materials in the flood control and guide channel project from the above aspects.A reflection summary of some unreasonable construction organization and technical scheme selection adopted in the construction process after the completion of the project,so as to provide reference for similar project construction organization.
