摘要
近年来,电力用户对停电的容忍度越来越低,对供电服务水平的要求越来越高,通过接入发电车发电为停电用户提供临时供电已成为提高供电可靠性、提升用户满意度的重要途径。分析了天津滨海供电公司发电车接入时间长的原因,找出了主要耗时环节,并制定了相应的改进措施,减少了接电时间,提高了服务水平。
In recent years,the tolerance of power consumers to power failure is getting lower and lower,and their demand for power supply service is getting higher and higher.Making use of the power supply vehicle to provide temporary power supply for power failure consumers has become an important way to improve the reliability of power supply and consumers'satisfaction.The factors that affect the access time of the power supply vehicles of Tianjin Binhai Power Supply Company are analyzed,the main timeconsuming reasons are sought out,and corresponding improvement measures are formulated to reduce the access time and improve the service.
