集中及分散决策下O2O电子产品回收及定价决策研究 被引量:1

Research on the Recovery and Pricing Decision of Electronic Products O2O Online Recycling under Centralized and Decentralized Model

摘要 考虑制造商和零售商组成的供应链中,零售商负责O2O回收,回收回来的产品部分通过平台再售、部分返回制造商进行再制造,建立了集中及分散决策下的供应链决策模型,分析了回收及定价决策。研究表明:集中决策下,回收率、新产品及二手产品价格、供应链整体利润较优,供应链主体应积极合作;O2O模式下,供应链整体利润在新产品和二手产品的差异性大时较优。 Consider a supply chain of manufacturers and retailers in which the retailer is responsible for the O2O recovery.The recovered product is partly resold through the platform and partly remanufactured back to the manufacturer,the supply chain decision-making model under centralized and decentralized model is established,and the recycling and pricing decision-making are analyzed.The results show that under the centralized decision-making,the recovery rate,the price of new and second-hand products and the overall profit of the supply chain are better,and the main body of the supply chain should cooperate actively,the overall profit of the supply chain is better when there is a big difference between new and used products.
