摘要
目的:研究缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区老年原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月社区原发性高血压合并糖尿病老年患者114例,随机分为两组,各57例。对照组采用氨氯地平治疗;观察组采用缬沙坦+氨氯地平治疗。比较两组血糖、血压水平和不良反应。结果:治疗前两组血糖、血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组治疗后收缩压(142.5±4.1)和舒张压水平(86.2±3.2)均明显高于观察组(126.2±3.6)、(72.5±4.1),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后空腹血糖(7.9±1.1)、餐后2 h血糖水平(10.1±1.6)均明显高于观察组(6.5±0.9)、(7.9±1.0),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(8.77%)低于对照组(26.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者采用缬沙坦、氨氯地平联合治疗效果显著,在降血糖、降血压的同时,还可减少不良反应,改善生活质量。
Objective:To study the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes mellitus.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,114 elderly patients with primary hypertension and diabetes in community were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine.The observation group was treated with valsartan and amlodipine.We compared blood glucose,blood pressure level and adverse reactions.Results:There was no difference in blood glucose and blood pressure levels between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05.After treatment in the control group,the systolic blood pressure(142.5±4.1)and diastolic blood pressure(86.2±3.2)were significantly higher than those in the observation group(126.2±3.6)and(72.5±4.1),the t values were 22.713,19.782,and the P values were both 0.001;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose(7.94±1.10)after treatment in the control group,and the blood glucose level 2 h after the meal(10.13±1.60)were significantly higher than those in the observation group(6.5±0.9)and(7.9±1.0).the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.77 lower than that in the control group,26.32%P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of valsartan and amlodipine is effective in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated with diabetes in the community.It can not only reduce blood sugar and blood pressure,but also reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
