摘要
目的应用缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗高血压心脏病患者,探讨其对心功能康复产生的影响.方法该次研究的对象为该院收治的高血压心脏病患者,共200例,选取时间为2017年2月—2020年2月,按照电脑排列序号将所有研究对象分为两个组别,每组100例.单纯治疗组,应用缬沙坦治疗;联合治疗组,应用缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗.观察两组患者治疗后心功能改善情况及治疗前后血压变化.结果单纯治疗组患者的有效率为79.00%,明显低于联合治疗组的91.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者的舒张压、收缩压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,单纯治疗组的舒张压与收缩压明显比联合治疗组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用缬沙坦与氢氯噻嗪联合治疗高血压心脏病患者的效果显著,能有效减轻患者的临床症状,改善心功能,控制血压水平,比单一用药效果更佳,值得在临床上应用并推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide on cardiac function rehabilitation in patients with hypertensive heart disease.Methods The subjects of this study were 200 hypertensive heart disease patients admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2020.All the subjects were divided into 2 groups according to the computer sequence number,with 100 patients in each group.The single treatment group was treated with valsartan,while the combined treatment group was treated with valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide.The effect of cardiac function improvement after treatment and the changes of blood pressure before and after treatment were observed.Results The effective rate of 79.00%in the single treatment group was significantly lower than 91.00%in the combined treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences between the two groups in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressures in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the combined treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of patients with hypertensive heart disease has a significant effect,can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve cardiac function,help to control their blood pressure level,and is better than the single drug.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
