摘要
目的:研究分析阴道镜联合利普刀治疗宫颈病变的可行性及安全性。方法:纳入本院2016年6月~2019年6月收治的宫颈病变患者100例,通过患者入院顺序以奇偶数分组,奇数50例入联合治疗组,偶数50例入对比组,对比组给予常规手术治疗,联合治疗组则给予阴道镜联合利普刀治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果,记录两组患者术中失血量、手术时间、引流时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果:联合治疗组术中失血量显著更少,手术时间及引流时间更短,治疗总有效率对比中联合治疗组显著高于对比组,对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈病变的治疗中采用阴道镜联合利普刀治疗对比常规手术患者术中失血量更少,手术时间及引流时间更短,临床治疗总有效率更高,术后并发症发生率更低,可行性及安全性较高。
Objective:To study and analyze the feasibility and safety of colposcopy combined with Lip Knife in the treatment of cervical lesions.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cervical lesions admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into odd and even numbers according to the order of admission.50 cases with odd numbers were included in the combined treatment group,50 cases with even numbers were included in the comparison group,and the comparison group was given routine for surgical treatment,the combined treatment group was given colposcopy combined with Lipknife.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the blood loss,operation time,drainage time,and postoperative complications were recorded in the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss of the combined treatment group was significantly less,and the operation time and drainage time were shorter.The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of cervical lesions,colposcopy combined with lipknife is used in the treatment of patients with less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time and drainage time,the clinical treatment is always more effective,the incidence of postoperative complications is lower,and the feasibility and safety are higher.
