摘要
目的：观察利用利普刀手术治疗宫颈病变的临床效果。方法：选取2012年1-12月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的60例宫颈病变的患者作为研究对象。所有患者采取利普刀手术进行治疗，观察患者在手术时间、术中出血量及手术并发症的发生情况。结果：60例患者的平均手术时间为10 min。术中出血量5~10 ml 39例（65.0%），术中出血量〉10 ml 5例（8.3%），术中出血量〈5 ml 16例（26.7%）。发生术后并发症患者42例（70.0%），其中下腹坠胀38例（63.3%），阴道出血和术后感染各2例（3.3%），未见术后创口粘连。结论：利用利普刀治疗宫颈病变的手术时间较短，术中出血量少，术后并发症发生率较低，能够减轻患者的痛苦，临床效果显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of LEEP in the treatment of cervical lesions.Method：A total of 60 patients with cervical lesions in our hospital from January to December in 2012 were chosen as study objects.All patients were treated with LEPP surgery,and the time required for surgery,the surgical bleeding and the surgical complications of patient were observed.Result：The average required surgery time of 60 patients was 10 minutes.The amount of surgical bleeding of 39 cases（65.0%） were from 5 to 10 ml,and the amount of surgical bleeding of 5 cases（8.3%） were higher than 10 ml,and the amount of surgical bleeding of 16 cases（26.7%） were lower than 5 ml.There are 42 cases（70.0%） with complications,including 38 cases（63.3%） with abdominal bulge,2 cases（3.3%） with vaginal bleeding and 2 cases（3.3%） with postoperative.There was no case with postoperative wound adhesion.The overall occurrence of postoperative complications was.Conclusion：The surgical time of using LEEP in the treatment of cervical lesions is shorter,and the amount of surgical bleeding is less,and the incidence rate of postoperative complication is lower,and it can alleviate pains of patients ,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
