摘要
目的探讨阴道镜下宫颈多点活检联合宫颈管搔刮术诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床价值。方法选取2021年1月至2023年5月于郓城县妇幼保健院因宫颈细胞学筛查异常行阴道镜检查的80例疑似宫颈病变患者,所有患者均接受阴道镜下宫颈多点活检、宫颈管搔刮术检查。以宫颈锥切术病理结果作为金标准,比较不同检查方法的诊断效能。结果病理结果显示,阳性72例,阴性8例。宫颈多点活检+宫颈管搔刮术的灵敏度、准确度均高于单一检查方法(P<0.05)。不同检查方法的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道镜下宫颈多点活检联合宫颈管搔刮术诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,临床可推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy combined with endocervical curettage in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected cervical lesions who underwent colposcopy due to abnormal results of cervical cytology screening in Yuncheng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected.All patients received cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy and endocervical curettage.Using the pathological results of cervical conization as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficiency of different examination methods was compared.Results The pathological results showed that there were 72 positive cases and 8 negative cases.The sensitivity and accuracy of cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy combined with endocervical curettage were higher than those of single examination method(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the specificity of different examination methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Cervical multipoint biopsy under colposcopy combined with endocervical curettage in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia has high sensitivity and accuracy,and can be widely used in clinic.
