5C核心素养背景下教师课程领导力发展研究

摘要 中国发展进入了新时代,对教育所培养的人才和培养人才的教育者提出了新的要求。核心素养5C模型提出了21世纪人才必备的五大核心素养,如何落实5C核心素养,成为教育界需要重视的问题。教师作为教学一线工作者,同时也是教育教学的研究者,应发挥课程领导者的作用。在核心素养5C模型的背景下,通过探讨5C核心素养与教师课程领导力之间的内在联系,提出教育理论与课程领导理论相辅相成、专业知识与课程构建能力无缝链接及教学过程与学习效果实时监测等教师课程领导力发展三大途径。 Development of China has entered a new era,and new requirements have been placed on the talents educated and the educators who cultivate them.The core literacy 5C model puts forward the five core literacy necessary for 21st century talents,training students’core literacy and how to implement the 5C core literacy have become issues that the education community needs to pay attention to.Teachers,as front-line workers of teaching and researchers of education and teaching,should play the role of curriculum leaders.In the context of the proposed 5C model of core literacy,by exploring the inherent relationship between 5C core literacy and teacher curriculum leadership,it is proposed that education theory and curriculum leadership theory complement each other,that professional knowledge and curriculum construction ability are seamlessly linked,and that teaching processes and learning effects Three ways to develop teacher curriculum leadership,including real-time monitoring.
