摘要
体教结合的目的是培养"完整运动员学生",是对体育运动学校"唯运动成绩论"的"革命"。基于体教结合背景对体育运动学校教师课程领导力进行研究,重新审视体育运动学校教师课程领导力,针对教师课程领导力难以发挥、课程领导意识不强、课程领导能力薄弱等问题,采取更新理念、创新管理、加强学习等策略,提升教师课程领导力,促进体育运动学校课程发展与整合,创建符合运动员特点的高品质课程,提升运动员文化素养,最终实现体教结合的目的。
The purpose of the combination of sports and education is to train "complete athlete students",which is a "revolution" to the " Sports achievement first" of sports schools.Based on the background of combination of physical education and physical education,this paper studies the curriculum leadership of teachers in physical education schools,re-examines the curriculum leadership of teachers in physical education schools.In view of the problems such as the difficulty of teachers’ curriculum leadership,the weak awareness of curriculum leadership,and the weak ability of curriculum leadership,it adopts strategies such as updating ideas,innovating management,and strengthening learning to improve the curriculum leadership of teachers and promote physical education and sports.The development and integration of school curriculum,the creation of high-quality courses in line with the characteristics of athletes,the promotion of athletes’ cultural literacy,and ultimately achieve the purpose of the combination of sports and education.
