摘要
采用实践调研和文献分析法,围绕“需求牵引与问题导向”“目标规划”“实施环节”“监测评价”四环节,提出技能型人才APDC(act-plan-do-check,处置—策划—实施—检查)全过程闭环培育理念。由此,高职院校可构建以大学生职业能力发展为中心、遵循“生涯规划—技能锤炼—能力发展—岗位匹配—就业跟踪”的学生成长服务体系。同时可建立评价主体多元化、任务内容多样化、评分方式全面化、技能成长可视化的质量监测评价体系,形成阶段连贯、环节紧扣、无缝链接的全过程闭环式育人链条。
By means of field research and literature analysis and centering the four links of“demand traction and problem orientation”,“objective planning”,“implementation link”and“monitoring and evaluation”,this paper put forward the whole-process closed-loop cultivation approach of APDC(act-plan-do-check),and constructed a student growth service system centering on the development of college/university students’professional competence in a sequence of“career planning-skill training-ability development-job matching-employment tracking”.This paper also explored the establishment of a quality monitoring and evaluation system with multiple evaluation subjects,diverse tasks,comprehensive scoring methods,and visualized skills growth.All the ideas and systems formed a closed-loop education chain with continuous stages,tight links and seamless transition.
