摘要
高校作为高尖端科技成果的集成地,是国家军民融合发展战略参与的重要部门之一,对于国家武器装备发展具有极大的推动作用。当前,做好高校国防科研的基础保障工作尤为重要,首先要落实好保密管理工作。因此,有必要针对国防科研保密工作的特点,分析国防科研保密工作的困境,提出有效的保密管理改进措施,确保高校国防科研工作有序开展。
With the combination of high-tech scientific and technological achievements,colleges and universities are one of the most significant departments involved in the development of the integrated strategy of national military and civilian,which has great impetus to the development of national weapons and equipment.At present,it is vital to secure the fundamental work of scientific research on national defense.First of all,we must implement the confidentiality management work.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the dilemma of the security work of national defense scientific research and propose effective measures to improve the security management according to the characteristics of the security work of national defense scientific research to ensure the orderly development of the national defense scientific research work of universities.
