摘要
微信的产生和使用是信息社会发展的必然趋势,现如今,微信作为最常用的移动互联网工具载体已走入了高校的办公环境,由于大学是国家科学研究的主要阵地,必然会有很多涉及国家秘密的研究项目,而涉密科研项目的全生命周期管理过程中会面临微信泄密的风险。因此,该文从分析军工项目的微信泄密的风险入手,提出对应的微信保密管理措施,提高科研人员保密意识,加强微信泄密技术防范,坚定筑牢科研微信泄密渠道的防线。
The emergence and use of WeChat is the inevitable trend of the development of information society.Nowadays,as the most commonly used mobile internet tool carrier,WeChat has entered the office environment of colleges and universities.As the universities are the main positions of national scientific research,there are bound to be many research projects involving state secrets,and WeChat leak risk will be faced in the whole life cycle management of secret related scientific research projects.Therefore,starting from the analysis of the risk of WeChat leaks in military projects,this paper puts forward corresponding WeChat confidentiality management measures to improve the confidentiality awareness of scientific researchers,strengthen the prevention of WeChat leaks,and firmly build the defense line of WeChat leaks in scientific research channels.
