摘要
保密资格作为承担国防科研项目的必要条件之一,越来越受到高等院校的重视。保密工作的开展,不仅可以增强高校全体师生的保密意识,更关系到高校自身的发展。对保密资格审查认证中遇到的问题进行分析认为,高校科技保密工作应坚持以保密教育为先导,加强对涉密人员的管理,建立健全保密管理体系,同时强化技术保密手段。
Confidentiality, as a necessary condition for the commitment to national defense research projects, has got more and more attention in colleges and universities. Keeping science and technology secrecy can not only enhance teachers and students＇ sense of security, but also relate to the long-term school development. Through analyzing the problems of confidentiality qualification, it suggests to insist the confidential education basically, strengthen the management of related staff, establish and improve the confidentiality management system, and strengthen the technological means.
