摘要
高校科研保密管理工作具有动态特性,归纳总结五个方面特殊之处,分析其以人为主的特征,项目动态化特征,将动态管理的理念融入新形势下高校科研保密管理工作,并阐述采取动态管理的措施与方法,以进一步推进高校科研保密管理工作.
The management of scientific research confidentiality in colleges and universities has dynamic characteristics.This paper sums up five aspects of its particularity,analyzes its characteristics of people-oriented and project dynamic,integrates the concept of dynamic management into the management of scientific research confidentiality in colleges and universities under the new situation,and expounds the measures and methods of dynamic management to further promote the management of scientific research confidentiality in colleges and universities.
