摘要
针对高校传统《创新创业教育》教学中存在的问题,我们以雨课堂为第三方应用程序,以成人学习理论和平均记忆力比率金字塔原理设计教学过程,采用课前-课中-课后三段式的翻转课堂教学模式,通过教学团队在高校《创新创业教育》中展开实践应用研究,对翻转教学效果开展多角度评价分析。该教学模式有效调动了学生自主学习的积极性,增强师生互动效果,充分发挥学生在学习过程中的主观能动性,是创新创业教育的有益尝试。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,this paper takes the rain classroom as the third-party application program,designs the teaching process based on the adult learning theory and the pyramid principle of average memory ratio,and adopts the three-stage flipped classroom teaching mode of"pre class,in class,and after class".Through the practical application research of the teaching team in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,this paper makes multi-angle evaluation and analysis on the effect of flipped teaching.This teaching mode effectively mobilizes the enthusiasm of students'autonomous learning,enhances the effect of interaction between teachers and students,and gives full play to students'subjective initiative in the process of learning.It is a beneficial attempt of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
