摘要
随着我国信息科学技术的发展,在我国汽车安装机电工程管理中,已经逐渐地应用了现代化的精细化管理模式,精细化管理模式主要是指在我国相关法律法规的允许范围内对机电工程中的管理对象进行精细化控制。在机电工程管理中相关企业就需要明确机电设备自身的技术要求和质量要求,进而完善对机电设备的控制管理机制,提高机电工程的工作效率和工作质量。本文作者主要基于精细化理念对机电工程管理中的实践应用进行研究,文中首先分析了机电工程管理中精细化理念应用的必要性和应用价值,然后对现阶段我国今年工程施工管理中存在的问题进行阐述。最后结合实际情况,提出了在汽车机电安装项目中信息化管理技术的完善策略。
