摘要
针对水电站机电安装工程量大、工期紧的特点,建设单位运用现代管理技术,对设计交图、厂家交货、土建交面进行精细化管理,对施工进度采取定期报告和协调会制度以及对合同经济措施进行控制,实现了水电站1个月投产3台机组的目标,基于精细化理念的进度管理取得了较好实践效果。
In view of the characteristics of large quantity of mechanical and electrical installation works and tight construction period of hydropower station,the construction company applies modern management technology to carry out fine management of design delivery drawings,manufacturer delivery and civil interface.Meanwhile,periodic report and coordination meeting system are adopted to control contractual economic measures for construction progress.The target of putting three units into operation in one month has been achieved,and the progress management based on fine concept has achieved good practical results.
