摘要
为研究某火电锅炉水冷壁管的开裂原因,对开裂水冷壁管取样进行了宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能测试和金相组织检验等试验。结果表明,开裂水冷壁管的化学成分和力学性能等均满足相关标准要求;水冷壁管的开裂主要与管段制造过程中存在的原始裂纹有关,管段外壁侧存在原始纵向裂纹,在锅炉运行过程中,裂纹发生了缓慢扩展,并最终导致水冷壁管纵向开裂泄漏。
In order to study the cracking reason of water wall tube of a thermal power boiler,the macro examination,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test and metallographic structure test were carried out on the cracked water wall tube.The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the cracked water wall tube meet the requirements of the relevant standards;the cracking of the water wall tube is mainly related to the original cracks existing in the manufacturing process of the pipe section,and there are original longitudinal cracks on the outer wall side of the pipe section.During the operation of the boiler,the cracks propagate slowly and eventually lead to the longitudinal cracking and leakage of the water wall tubes.
