摘要
近年来,由酸洗导致的锅炉爆管事故屡见不鲜。某电厂1号锅炉出现了爆管及大面积鼓包事故,该事故是由异物堵塞造成的管壁超温所致。通过对管道内部沉积物的堆积状态观察以及元素分析等手段,对沉积物产生的原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,沉积物来源于锅炉基建期产生的异物以及酸洗过程中产生的清洗残渣。由于锅炉清洗流速设计不合理,这些残渣未能在锅炉化学清洗阶段从管道内冲出。
The events of tube-burst failure of water-wall in boiler induced by acid cleaning usually occur in recent years.The event of tube-burst failure and bulge deformation of water-wall tube occurred in boiler No. 1 of a power plant, and this event is caused by overheating resulted from deposits.The reason for the formation of deposits in the water-wall tube was analyzed by packing state examination of the deposits, elements analysis.The analysis results indicate that the deposits in the water-wall tube are originated from the foreign matter produced during capital construction and the chemical cleaning residue.The deposits were not be flushed out from the water-wall tube due to the unsuitable design of the flow velocity during chemical cleaning
