摘要
对化学清洗过程中几种钢腐蚀速率的测量方法,如静态失重法、动态腐蚀试验方法、Fe3+影响试验方法和电化学腐蚀试验方法进行对比分析,由试验证明了清洗介质流速、Fe3+浓度、冲洗水的pH值、漂洗阶段添加缓蚀剂等因素对钢腐蚀速率有较大影响。评价化学清洗液对钢腐蚀速率的影响应采用动态腐蚀试验方法和Fe3+影响试验方法,电化学试验方法是研究化学清洗液腐蚀性能和实际清洗过程中在线腐蚀监测的有效手段。
The measurement methods of corosion rate loss method, the dynamic corrosion test method, the for several steels, such as the static state weight influence of Fe^3+ test method, and the electro- chemical corrosion test method, used in the process of chemical cleaning have been compared and analysed. Test results show that the factors, namely the flow speed of cleaning medium, the concentration of Fe^3+ ,the pH valve of flushing water, and the dosage of inhibitor in washing stage etc. , have large influence upon the corrosion rate of steel. In order to evaluate the influence of chemical cleaning liquid upon the corrosion rate of steel, the dynamic corrosion test method and the influence of Fe^3+ test method have to be used,while the electro- chemical test method is one of the most useful test methods to study the corrosion performance of chemical cleaning lequid, and an on - line corrosion monitoring method in practical process of chemical cleaning.
