摘要
从过热器长期超温、高温腐蚀、磨损、焊接缺陷4个方面,分析微水发电厂HG-220/100-4型锅炉过热器爆管的原因,并提出控制过热器超温、加强金属监督和检修质量等措施,实践证明取得了比较显著的效果。
From 4 aspects influence of long term overheating,high temperature corrosion,wearing and welding quality,superheater tubes explosion reasons of HG-220/100 4 boiler in Weishui Power Plant are analyzed,and the measures are putted forwards,that are superheater temperature control,metal supervision strengthen,and overhaul quality improvement.It is proved that the effects are prominent.
