“三圈理论”视角下新型职业农民高等学历提升路径探析——以福建农林大学为例 被引量:1

Analysis on the Way to Improve the Higher Education of New Professional Farmers from the Perspective of“Three Circles Theory”--Taking Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as an example

摘要 新型职业农民的学历水平与我国农业经济的发展息息相关。但目前,我国新型职业农民的文化水平略低,这难以促进我国农村经济的可持续发展和农业现代化转型升级。借用三圈理论,分析福建农林大学在开展新型职业农民高等学历教育上的优良做法。依据研究所得并结合新型职业农民高等学历教育现状提出:加大支持力度,营造良好的教育氛围;扩展宣传范围,增加个体职业认同感;完善教育体系,加固高等学历教育“桥梁”三点建议,以我国乡村振兴战略的实施提供充足的高素质、高学历的新型职业农民,进一步促进新时代美丽乡村的建设。 The educational level of new professional farmers is closely related to the development of China’s agricultural economy.At present,the cultural level of China’s new professional farmer is slightly low,which is difficult to promote the sustainable development of China’s rural economy and agricultural modernization transformation and upgrading.Based on the theory of three circles,this paper analyzes the good practices of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in developing the higher education of new professional farmers.On account of the research results and combined with the current situation of the new professional farmers higher education,this paper puts forward three suggestions:increasing support,creating a good education atmosphere;expanding the scope of publicity,increasing individual professional identity;improving the education system,strengthening the“bridge”of higher education,so as to provide sufficient high-quality,high education new professional farmers for the implementation of China’s rural revitalization strategy and further promote the construction of beautiful villages in the new era.
