摘要
根据教育部师范类专业认证的文件精神和工作要求,贯彻"学生中心、产出导向和质量持续改进"的认证理念,主要通过专家访谈、德尔菲、问卷调查和层次分析等方法,结合全面质量管理理论对体育教育专业课程的评价指标体系进行研究。结果表明:体育教育专业课程评价指标体系由课程内容资源、课程结构设置、课程组织实施和学生学习效果4个维度和14个观测指标构成;专业课程评价指标体系拟合度良好,组合信度高,具备较好的聚合效度和区分效度;专业课程评价指标体系体现了体育教育专业课程评价内容的多元化和多维度的特征;专业课程评价指标体系各指标权重不同,适用性强,并具备一定的借鉴和推广价值。
According to the document spirit and work requirements of the Ministry of Education for normal professional certification,guided by the certification concept of "student-centered,output oriented and quality continuous improvement",this paper studies the evaluation index system of physical education curriculum by means of expert interview,Delphi,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process and the theory of total quality management.The results show that:the curriculum evaluation index system of physical education specialty consists of four dimensions:curriculum content resources,curriculum structure,curriculum organization and implementation and students’ learning effect,and 14 observation indicators;professional curriculum evaluation index system has good fitting degree,high combination reliability,good aggregation validity and differentiation validity;the evaluation index system of professional curriculum reflects the characteristics of diversification and multi-dimension of curriculum evaluation content of physical education specialty;the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of professional curriculum is different,which has strong applicability and has certain reference and promotion value.
