摘要
目的在口腔种植住院医师规范化培养中应用CBL与Seminar相结合的教学方法,评价这一教学法的应用效果。方法对54名口腔种植住院医师规培生随机分为试验组和对照组,每组27人,分别采用传统教学法和CBL+Seminar相结合教学法进行规范化培养,以测评考核和调查问卷形式评价教学效果。结果试验组学生的理论考试成绩和病志书写能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组学生学习积极性、团队协作能力、沟通表达能力、以及对自身的信心都较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论CBL+Seminar这种联合教学模式有助于提高口腔种植住院规范化医师培训教学效果,能够达到种植规范化培养的目标要求。
Objective To evaluate the the application effects of CBL+Seminar teaching method in standardized training of oral implantology for resident doctor.Methods A total of 54 resident doctors were selected as the teaching objects.They were divided into two groups:traditional group and CBL+Seminar group.After the teaching,the examination and questionnaire were used to analyze the effect of CBL+Seminar teaching.Results CBL+Seminar group achieved higher examination scores and significantly better improved in ability of learning interests,team cooperation ability,capacity of critical thinking,communication skill and confidence of oneself than traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional learning methods,CBL+Seminar teaching method in standardized training of oral implantology for resident doctor can improve the efficency of teaching,moreover it can achieve the objects of standardized training.
