摘要
口腔种植学是口腔领域发展最为快速的亚学科之一,选择种植治疗的患者数量逐年持续增加。与口腔种植需求相比,我国急缺大量能胜任种植治疗的口腔医师,且随着时间推移这种矛盾会更加突出。我国住院医师规范化培训标准细则(试行)将口腔种植培训纳入到3个口腔专业的规培中,口腔种植规培的实施将有力提升口腔医师的综合素质和种植专业水平,可缓解口腔种植医师紧缺的局面。结合口腔种植规培经验,我们认为种植规培应体现系统性和规范化的特点,灵活多样的规培方式有助于取得理想的口腔种植规培效果。
Oral implantology is one of the fastest growing disciplines of dentistry, and the number of patients choosing dental implants to restore their missing teeth has been rising rapidly. However, the number of dentists who are competent for providing dental implant treatments can＇t satisfy the great demand of dental implant markets, and this workforce shortage can＇t be resolved in a short time. The newly implemented system of the standardized training for resident doctors requires dentists to be trained in the field of oral implantology if they choose any of the three disciplines of dentistry. The standardized training in oral implantology will improve the comprehensive quality and clinical performance of dentists. Our experience in the teaching of oral implantology showed that the training should be operated in a systematic and standardized manner, and the flexible and diversified form of training is critical to the achievement of good training results.
