摘要
目的评价牙周病学前期实习中使用牙周临床病理模型进行探诊训练的效果。方法在北京大学医学部口腔医学专业2000级46名本科学生中随机选择16名学生并分为两组,每组8人,实验组接受牙周探诊示教并在牙周病理模型上进行探诊练习50分钟,对照组未进行示教和训练。相隔1天后,两组学生分别对牙周病理模型进行全牙列探诊测量牙周袋深度(PD)。统计分析两组探诊测量的准确性并进行组间和组内比较。结果在牙周病理模型上进行过探诊基本训练的实验组学生的探诊准确性显著好于对照组学生。结论采用牙周病理模型进行探诊基本训练有助于学生掌握牙周探诊技术,提高探诊准确性,从而为进入临床实习打好扎实基础。
Objective To evaluate the effect of practice of periodontal probing technique on periodontal pathological model during pre-clinical education of periodontology. Methods 16 of 46 fourth year dental students from Peking University were randomly recruited and divided into two groups, including test and control group. All students of test group were asked to follow teacher to perform periodontal probing technique for 50 minutes. Students of control group had not done this practice. After one day, 16 students of two groups were asked to measure periodontal pockets of periodontal pathological model. Each of 28 teeth on periodontal pathological model had probing depth measured at six sites using a conventional periodontal probe. The precisions of the measurements of probing depth were tested for statistical significance using the χ^2 test in inter-group and intra-groups. Results The precision of the measurements of probing depth in the test group was significant better than the control group. Conclusion Practice of periodontal probing on periodontal pathological model was helpful to enhance the precision of the measurements of probing depth and the level of periodontal probing technique.
